4. How We Collect Personal Data

We collect personal data directly from you when:

• you book a meeting on our website;
• you submit a contact form on our website;
• you complete our lead screening form (“Wizard”);
• you contact us by email or phone;
• you otherwise communicate with us in a business context.

5. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• to respond to your inquiries;
• to assess your interest in our services;
• to evaluate your needs and determine the appropriate service offering;
• to communicate with you about potential or ongoing business opportunities;
• to maintain records of business communications;
• to ensure the security, integrity, and proper functioning of our website and systems;
• to comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations where applicable.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on the context, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

• taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
• our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, evaluating potential client needs, managing communications, and protecting our business and systems;
• your consent, where consent is specifically requested;
• compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.

7. Whether You Must Provide the Data

You are not under a general legal obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, if you wish to contact us, receive a response, or have us assess your request through the contact form or Wizard, you will need to provide the information necessary for us to handle that request. If such information is not provided, we may be unable to respond or evaluate your inquiry properly.

8. Recipients of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data. Personal data may be shared only where necessary with:

• our internal authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
• service providers supporting email, hosting, IT, website maintenance, or related business operations;
• professional advisers where necessary;
• public authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by law.

The service providers (processors) we currently use to handle enquiries and meeting requests are:

• Resend, Inc. (United States) – transactional email delivery. The content of your enquiry and our confirmation to you pass through this service.
• Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited – Google Workspace, including Google Calendar and Google Meet. When you book a meeting, a calendar event containing your name, email address, company and the details of your request is created in our calendar, and Google sends you the calendar invitation.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) – Turnstile, the bot-protection check on our forms. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and connection to verify that the submission comes from a person.

Each of these providers processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and only for the purposes described above. We do not store the data you submit through our forms on the website itself.

9. International Transfers

Personal data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA or Switzerland by default. Some of the providers listed above are established in the United States or may process data there. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including managing business communications, evaluating potential engagements, complying with legal obligations, and protecting our legal interests.

If an inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, the related data is retained only for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is required by law or justified for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

11. Security Measures

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, confidentiality obligations, secure communications, system monitoring, and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data processed.

12. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels. We do not use Facebook, Google, Twitter, or similar marketing pixels on this website. We do not use analytics tools.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to complete the bot-protection check. If the website uses other strictly necessary technical cookies, they are used only to ensure the basic functionality and security of the site.

13. Server Logs

Like most websites, our servers may automatically record basic technical information when the site is accessed, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, requested pages, and similar technical log data. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and system administration purposes.

14. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your personal data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
• request data portability where applicable;
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

15. Supervisory Authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

16. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals.

17. Contacting Us
